Our Ha’Penny Original Whiskey is a complex blend of malt and grain Irish Whiskey. The malt is a mixture of Sherry Bodega and Bourbon cask matured malt. The grain is a rare make up of and Irish Whiskey; it’s a mixture of both corn and wheat grain whiskey both matures in first fill bourbon casks. This whiskey would suit a wide variety of palates.
Ha’Penny Original is a very versatile Irish Whiskey that will suit a wide variety of palates and occasions.
Nose: Light honied sweetness, green apple, apricot, pine grassy undertones, hints of chocolate and red berries.
Palate: Silky crisp citrus, honied cereal, crystallised ginger, white raisin, cinnamon, plum, cacao and finishing with a vanilla wood spice.
