Schneider Weisse

For centuries, wheat beer was reserved exclusively for the social elite. The slow deterioration of its popularity saw the beer on the verge of extinction in 1872, the same year Georg Schneider became the first commoner to be granted the privilege of brewing wheat beer. Schneider purchased a royal brewery and rejuvenated the famous Bavarian style with the establishment of Schneider Weisse. Six generations later, Master Brewer Georg Schneider VI still uses the same recipe and open fermentation process to brew Schneider Weisse’s specialties.

Original (5.4% wheat beer, 20L keg, 500ml)

A brewing art for wheat beer geeks: “Mein Original” – this traditional and popular wheat beer has been brewed according to the original recipe of Georg Schneider I since 1872. Deep amber, perfectly balanced and powerful. A taste of Bavaria.
Helle Vice (5.2% ABV blonde wheat beer, 20L keg, 500ml)

Aventinus (8.2% Dark wheat beer, 20L keg, 500ml)

For great moments by the open fire: “Mein Aventinus” – full-bodied, dark ruby coloured, intense and full of fire, warming, balanced and smooth. Bavaria’s oldest wheat doppelbock – since 1907! Its powerful body in combination with its malt-aromatic sweetness provides genuine pleasure – an ingenious combination, perfectly drinkable. Cheers – to this day! It goes well with hearty fare, roasts and sweet desserts.
Festive Vice (6.2% organic wheat beer, 500ml)

Ideal for celebrations: “Meine Festweisse” – the bright golden wheat beer, newly launched according to the old Oktoberfest beer recipe. It has its special fresh and citrusy note thanks to the Cascade hops and the fruity aromatic Schneider yeast – a festive drinking experience; it could not be more refreshing and drinkable. “Meine Festweisse” is a great partner to Mediterranean and light meals, and of course, great in festive rounds.

Non Alcohol (( 0% ABV wheat beer, 500ml)

Already in its colour you can see its strength: “Schneider Weisse non-alcoholic“ – the amber-coloured, isotonic and powerful thirst quencher with 100 % wheat beer taste and less than 0.5 % alcohol. That’s what a “free” wheat beer must taste like: as strong as Bavaria.

A tempting golden honey enjoyment of wheat beer with exceptional intensity and opulence. TAPX Marie’s Rendezvous is dedicated to our ancestor Anna-Maria Schneider, whose encounter and her deep love to George I. was the start of our six generations of wheat beer passion.

Full-bodied, with soft sweetness, complex fruitiness, fine peppery flavour and courageous strength. A true feast for the senses with a refreshing dry finish! Simply fantastic in liaison with a festive roast, light mousse with fresh fruits or aromatic apple fritters with vanilla ice cream.
