A powerfully authentic IPA, Proper Job is brewed using a blend of American imported hops. It is packed full of citrus pineapple, grapefruit and resinous flavours with a crisp bitter finish. A powerful partner for classic Indian dishes or rich BBQ's. A past winner of the Champion Bottled Beer of Britain and Champion Premium Bitter at the SIBA National Beer Festival.
A Double IPA, 500ml. Brewed using the famed Citra, Cascade and Centennial hops. Big Job is jammed full of hops for a warming fruity citrus flavour. It’s not subtle, but if you are a hophead it’s just for you. Try it with some strong British Stilton cheese. Gold Award at the Global Beer Masters. Winner of Champion Premium Strong beer at SIBA Beer X.
A contradiction in term, black IPA’s are a clash of styles old and new. Modern tangy citrus hops merge with roasted chocolate malts for a truly classic beer. Black as night, but close your eyes and you’re drinking a zesty IPA. Controversial? Of course not, just a wonderful beer!
